I can’t believe how fast 2015 came and went. This year went faster than Usain Bolt at the Olympics (big up Jamaica!). I want to share just a few items from 2015 that I used that contributed to my overall health, wellness and lifestyle. I also want to share some new finds that I will incorporate in 2016.
Some of the items that I used for my health, wellness and lifestyle this year include: my I-phone, more specifically my health apps for my health and wellness and travel apps for my lifestyle; Shea butter for my skin health; and Vitamin D for overall health, as well as other vitamins.
As promised in the video here is a brief synopsis of my new health/wellness secret weapon: Red Palm Oil.
